Don't worry guys, its not poison/racun. Its fish. Again, its Chef Loke's lesson. This time, we Group 2 DH33, rocked the whole kitchen. Everything was excellent I would say. Coz its different in a way that we are cooking for guests the first time. I am the aboyeur. And guys, sorry for the screaming and rushing. Chef Loke influenced me to do it! Seriously!
But everyone of us did a very good job. Preparing the dishes on time and always have that creativity touch of it. Everyone's appetizer was creative in any way. Sorry if I offended anyone for not choosing their piece. But you guys should try being aboyeur. Its really fun and challenging. Oh, and my hand was fishy for 2 damn days. xD. It was hell of experience. Loved that day so much.





Kah Wen the first victim to victimized the fish. She was mumbling in mandarin and complaining coz the fish was cold, fishy and disgusting. For me, I just can't wait to get my hands dirrttty!

Yes everyone. Back to college again. Kitchen practicals to be exact. My favourite. :)
Started off with pastry with Chef Loke. Damn I tell you, Chef Loke is the coolest guy I've met other than Mr Anthony. He won't get angry, he won't get stress, when he sees you stress, he will just say, CHILL LA CHILL. WHY SO STRESS? then laughed. Cool ae? Coz usually, in kitchen, the Chef will just scream at you and rush you. So for this case, he is damn COOL. And he even said he will bring us to drink one day. Illegal drinks or legal drinks sir?





We did tart alsasienne & creme caramel. Ya, guess again, Pastry classes also was with Chef Loke. Awesome guy.



That's my garnishing. Oh and by the way, I did all those pastry by myself. Damn. Washing, peeling apples, mixing. Its better la, coz the Queen got "court case".

Well, I thought, "oh its the time of the year again, makan makan . " Then poof you're a year older already. I wanna thank Sam for making the change. Though my classmates were the first to have done it throughout my whole life, this whole thing you have planned, I fell for it OK. LOL!
Besides Sam, the whole "acting crew" was kinda awesome too. KC was part of the whole crew at the whole time! Bloody. Then some came up with having dinner with their grandpa and all. Damn. While the others, hah, really caught me off guard. Credits to everyone. Love you guys man. Even Terinder came. :) Thank you all. Seriously. Its the best day of all birthdays. It was truly amazing. I'm just moved by what everyone have done for me. The initiatives to come and all. Priceless.

















All the hardships we have been through,all of you are still with me. Here I am, saying I will never forget this day for as long as I live. You have my word.

I am looking forward to my theatrical debut on my Moral Studies!

My sis and bro in law brought me to Puchong to have dinner with them. That place was called Stadt. It serves good German cuisine. My first time there though. Never had German cuisine before in my life, so I said why not. As I'd remember in class, German's famous cuisine is sausages. And something that looks really like a poop. No offence Europeans, I love Germany. Good country.
The ambience of that restaurant was uhm too dark. I mean it should be dark for dining and all but its just way too dark. The services aren't that good coz I only see 4 waiters for at least 24 tables? They also serve imported beers, countries as Germany itself, Belgium and even Sweden. Their specialty courses there are mainly pork and beef. They skipped beef because I don't eat them, so pork was mainly the dishes we had. I asked myself even the chefs remove the smell of pork, why can't Bah Kut Teh remove the stinkiness of pork? I give 4 out of 5 diamonds for the dishes. :) They should be on Michelin guide man.
As for the beverages, my sis's mocktail ain't that mind blowing. Its called Chocolate Orgasm. Damn it sounds SO SO wrong to me. As for me, I treated myself a Heineken as for my bro in law he ordered Warsteiner beer. I should have that. It tasted so much smoother and light compared to Heineken. But I love Heineken though. Its really really good.
And I still remember what Miss Jasmine told me, my lecturer of F&B, She said from now onwards any cuisines you have, make a habit of taking pictures of them. Rate them from the presentation, taste and creativity. Well I did. :) Good student. xD

Oh, and I do believe that, when you spend more time being alone, you DO think a lot. You think everything. Thinking towards the future, whats coming and all. It does work.
I told a friend this, "I always think ahead of whats coming because I won't feel deeply hurt when the worse is coming". Then she said, then you will get hurt twice? Well, I never thought of that, but life is as painful as it gets. Some of the people I've met and seen and observed, think they have seen the bad side of the world. Well, that ain't the world. That's fairytale kids. We are old enough to think and play mean on whats on to facing the crisis we're facing in the next 5 years maybe?
Ironically, the world is dying. Nobody's doing shit including me. Is it too late? My answer is yes. I don't blame our ancestors I blame homo sapiens. US. We kill the world. We kill among ourselves. We kill everything. If the world die, we die. We brought this upon ourselves.
When I talk too much, people say I'm crazy. When I'm quiet. You say I'm emo. When I say things that shouldn't be said you say I'm foul mouthed. I talk normally like everyone else's does, you people come attacking. Oh, one more thing I forgotten to mention. HE who talks more rubbish and not "funny" jokes gets more credits. Wow man, just wow.
